Job Summary:

We need experienced smart repairer technician to join our growing team. you will play a critical role in our organisation, ensuring the repair and maintenance of complex electronic Smart gadgets. Your exceptional soldering skills and expertise in troubleshooting will be invaluable in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

 

Job Description:

  • Plan and prepare work and test devices and equipment (Mobile, Tablets, Laptops, PCs) based on specifications,
  • Run tests to assess the devices and equipment functionality,
  • Install and update software, troubleshoot wiring problems and installations
  • Diagnose and detect faults, replace damaged parts and components,
  • Visit and advise clients on the use and servicing of electronic equipments,
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking and mobile device technology,
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory,
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns,
